Delivery extremely poor with royal mail. Item was damaged due to being all split open and the glue on the packaging was all over the diary that was for a friend. I understand this was not the sellers fault. There was an apology letter but said I may be able to claim. So I have to do all the work. Not happy with royal mail. Can I suggest you use alternative delivery service.
